If you are a member of a health fund, you may be able to claim a rebate on your purchase of prescription glasses. The amount you will be able to claim from your health fund will depend on your level of cover and whether you have recently claimed or not.
We recommend you contact your health fund to determine your rebate entitlements.
How to Claim
When you receive your prescription glasses it will include an itemised invoice displaying our provider number and item codes.
Take or submit the invoice to your health fund to claim your rebate.

The following lenses and prescription requirements are not eligible for a benefit when purchased online:
- Progressive/multifocal and bifocal lenses
- Prescription glasses with powers greater than +/- 3.00
- Prescription glasses ordered for children who are under the age of 16
- Your prescription must not be older than 24 months
SPEQS must receive a copy of your prescription as given to you by your optometrist.
