What are my payment options?
We accept Visa & MasterCard credit and debit cards.
The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the checkout process is complete.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.
If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
You cannot use more than one (1) form of payment on a single transaction.
What currency is currently used on the SPEQS® website?
Prices that are displayed on the SPEQS® online store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
If an item I purchased was recently reduced in price am I offered an adjustment?
Excluding coupons and temporary price reductions, we offer a one-time price adjustment on products purchased up to 7 days before it is discounted. For products to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request.
What happens if my order was declined or something went wrong at check-out?
If you have received an email from SPEQS® informing you that your order has been declined, please contact us on 1800 669 877 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we are available Monday – Friday from 9am to 4pm Western Standard Time (WST).
You may need to check the payment details on your order, and check they are correct and attempt payment again.

Please note that SPEQS® does not keep any credit card information.
